David Stone, M.D.

David Stone, M.D., joined the Sutter Amador Pediatric Center in 2007. He received his M.D. degree from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis and completed an internship and residency in the pediatric program at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles.

He is board certified in pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Prior to joining the Sutter Amador Pediatric Center, Dr. Stone ran the Trinity Pediatric Clinic in Jacksonville, Texas for almost 10 years. He also spent three years as an associate professor of pediatrics at the University of Texas Health Center in Tyler, Texas. Before moving to Texas, he was part of a group practice in pediatrics in San Diego, California for 15 years until owning his practice there for several more years. Dr. Stone was also a captain and staff pediatrician in the U.S. Air Force.
