Family Practice
Sutter Amador Hospital's (SAH) Family Practice offices, formerly known as our Health Centers, have been operating in Plymouth since 1978 and Pioneer since 1981 as state and federally certified Rural Health Clinics. In addition, we offer a new office in Jackson. Each location offers basic primary care services provided by family physicians, licensed physician assistants and registered nurses. Located throughout the county, SAH's Family Practices are able to provide health care for the entire family in a convenient, caring environment.
Services include regular medical care, well-child exams, immunizations, DMV physicals, pre-employment physicals, injury Care (including worker's compensation injuries and referrals for specialty consultations as necessary.
