Since Sutter Amador Hospital's Junior Volunteer Program began in May 2000, it has had dozens of volunteers who have completed thousands of hours of volunteer service. The Junior Volunteer Program is available for students between the ages of 14 and 18 years of age. Volunteers are required to work between four and 12 hours per week.

All Junior Volunteers must submit an application and complete a tuberculosis test and drug screens. Applications are available at the Information Desk located in the lobby of the hospital and in the Human Resources Department.

For more information on the Junior Volunteer Program, please call Foundation Manager Laurie Chavoen at (209) 257-7619.
