    If you or your family has a question, concern or complaint about your stay, we suggest that you first discuss it with your nurse or nurse manager. If the issue remains unresolved, please call us to help reach a resolution.

    The Joint Commission

    At times, patients may wish to contact an outside agency instead of utilizing the hospital's process. This is your right to do so. If your concerns cannot be resolved through the hospital, you are encouraged to contact The Joint Commission.
